Hi, I’m Nadia, short for Marie Nadia Guercy,  a caregiver with purpose and the founder of Ultimate Care LLC. I was born in Haiti, where community influenced my beliefs, and kindness formed the foundation of my character. Though my journey began in accounting, earning my bachelor’s degree, life had a deeper purpose waiting for me. After moving to the United States, I discovered that my true fulfillment comes from caring for others and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

This passion led me into the nursing field, where I can blend precision with empathy, heart with skill, and service with intention.

As both a healthcare professional and an entrepreneur I lead Ultimate Care LLC with integrity, empathy, and a strong commitment to excellence. Nadia believes that high-quality care begins with strong leadership, clear values, and a genuine desire to serve others, principles that shape every aspect of Ultimate Care LLC.
